Duudlaga Flow ("Service") is a speech-to-text software application provided by Duudlaga Flow LLC. By using the Service, you agree to the following terms.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must not share your credentials with others.
A free tier is available with limited usage (3 dictations/day). The Pro plan offers unlimited dictation; file transcription is paid via prepaid credits. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes. You agree to respect the rights of other users and not to distribute malicious code.
Duudlaga Flow software and all associated intellectual property belong to Duudlaga Flow LLC. Content created by users remains the property of the user.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of full functionality. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Your audio recordings, uploaded files, and transcriptions are yours. BY DEFAULT: we do not use your audio or transcribed text to train AI models. The setting is off for every user. VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTION: we ask each person once — at registration, during onboarding, or on your next sign-in if you have not answered yet. Not answering is never treated as agreement. If you agree there, or turn on "Contribute to the Mongolian speech model" in Settings, recordings you make AFTER you turn it on — and their transcripts — are used by Duudlaga Flow LLC to train our own Mongolian speech model. Nothing recorded before you opted in is ever included; we do not backfill older content into training. WITHDRAWAL: you can turn contribution off at any time, which stops future collection immediately, and you can separately ask us to permanently delete the clips you have already contributed. EVEN IF YOU CONTRIBUTE: we do not sell, rent, share with third parties, publicly expose, or advertise against your content. Training data is used only inside Duudlaga Flow LLC. THE TWO COPIES DIFFER: whether or not you contribute, the transcripts and notes in your history stay encrypted under a key derived for you alone, which our team has no way to open. The copy kept for training is stored separately and is readable by our training team. This difference is shown to you in the app before you opt in. Audio and text continue to be processed by the third-party AI providers named in our Privacy Policy solely to provide the Service.
